FAQs

Can I make a return or exchange?

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

I provide as much information as possible in the product description about measurements, sizing, fabric, fit, signs of wear, etc… That way you know what you’re getting into before you purchase an item. Please keep in mind that all items are purchased secondhand.

I package everything as safely and securely as I can, but sometimes things get lost or damaged in the mail. If an item arrives damaged or your package gets lost, please reach out to me!

How does shipping work?

Right now, I only ship within the United States. Shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your total order.

You will always receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped.

Where are you located?

I am located in Central PA! You can find a completely different selection than what you see online at Strange Daze (17 S 3rd Street, Columbia, PA) AND at Trellis Marketplace (153 East High Street, Elizabethtown, PA). If you live locally and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, you can select that option at checkout!

Upcoming Markets:
7/26-7/27 | Vintage Revival Market | Lancaster, PA
8/10 | Trailside Market | Marietta, PA
8/17 | Sunflower Fest | Lititz, PA

How do you price items?

Items are priced based on quality and rarity, and I also take into account my time and money put into sourcing these unique pieces for you!

Why should I shop secondhand?

Purchasing clothing secondhand is a great way to move toward sustainable living! Of course, how you choose to shop is up to you, but if you’re curious about why so many people are ditching the fast fashion industry, I encourage you to look into it.

Why are there so many measurements?

Measurements are always more accurate than a tag size, or even my approximate sizing! I provide measurements for items laid flat. This makes it easy for you to compare measurements to items you already own and love, using a tape measurer or the measuring app on your phone.

For pants, I typically provide the measurements for waist, hip, rise, and inseam.

The waist measurement is across the top of the pants.
The hips measurement is across the pants below the fly (or approximate equivalent of pants without a fly).
The rise measurement is from the top of the waist in the front of the pants to the seam in the crotch.
The inseam is from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

If you already know your waist and hip size, doubling the measurements will get you an approximate comparison.

For tops, I typically provide the measurements for shoulder to shoulder, pit to pit, and length.
